Good workout but this one was tough. Hit a bit over goal times on the 800's but I was going flat out and still shattered my previous fast bowl PR's. 800, 1000, 800, 1000, 800, 1000, 600. In: 2:19, 3:42, 2:28, 3:26, 2:30, 3:23, 1:49. 2xYBF @end.
