Comments:
okay so first 3 miles were just chippin along they went well, the wind tired me out a bit but it didnt slow us down much. combined group of me dong tony wyatt drew and tim. first 3 miles 16:28. then the way back i think during the rest i didnt move around enough so like when we started everything felt ok except i can feel my heart rate abnormally elevated like by 400m into it. and i was hurting the last 1200 of the 2mile, it was like race effort actually. idk why i felt so shitty at the end. but ill take it as it is, wont overanalyze it, gonna do that positivity thing coach was talking about. 1DAAT.
things ive learned from this season thus far that i will apply:
dont psych urself out because youll just create huge/unrealistic expectations. then when u actually do it its not gonna be like the fairytale u envisioned and thatll make failure to meet expectations so much worse. dont think too much, dont be obsessive.
Be humble, stay positive, take it 1DAAT.
Be humble, trust in you're training.
Love it but don't obsess it.
