today was my last race of the season :( i didn't do as well as I wanted to and didn't pr in the 5k...the first half of my race I stayed really positive though. my first mile was 6:05 but didn't feel too fast. my 5k time was 20:50 and i was 12th on the team today but oh well, now i'll just focus on track
