I finally made it to the top of Capitol Hill and kept going!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 1400: Cool, breezy, sunny with some clouds

Comments:
Ran along the river, up 11th St. to PA Ave., down the north side of the Capitol and up the south side (legs start to feel VERY HEAVY near the crest), didn't stop, and ran back to WNY. Have decided K-Swiss will NOT be MCM shoes. Calves too tight and feet get very tired.
