Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Today I decided to pay my good friend lillard a visit. I went there going to do my own thing, just a long run. But decided to help lillard out and pace connor good. They were doing 4x1000, they did the first one without me, because I was still warming up. So I only did 3x1000. Connor was given a time of 3:15 to hit(race pace) but lillard said get him at right below 3:10. So thats what I did. The last one was supossed to be 3:05. The times were as follows

Connor and I got through the workout very easily. Another good day. Tomorrow I get my sports massage!
