Had a gun run today. I decided to try and push the last two miles. I was good for mile 2, but was pretty tired afterwards. My hip muscle hurt a lot during the day. I think it was from either sleeping on it wrong, sitting on it wrong, or working on posture/leg swing. It did not bug me running at all. Mile 1: 8:33 Mile 2: 8:08 Mile 3: 8:38
