Weather: cool, really windy. 60s.

Comments:
long run today. ran firs mile with abby then alone. first two miles were pretty shitty. legs just felt tight and tired, from hamstrings, to calves, to knees, to shins, to ankles, to foot. -__- but the last three miles were good, everything loosened up so that was good :) but yeah, breathing was really good today!

splits: 10:04, 10:00, 9:53, 9:40, 9:48.

cadence: 89, 89, 90.

extra: lunge, plank, 50 up, calf rehab.
