Comments:
Workout ran with mark and will. 4x400s 8x200s. Felt fine hit my paces for the 400s (80-81). And hit 33s on the first 6 200s then hit 32s on the last two. Felt good today i didnt cramp up or anything. I felt healthy, although those sharp corners were a bit dangerous
