Today I ran 3 miles in 25:08 because my leg was acting up again and Coach Adelmann said to run 3 miles instead of doing the workout. My stride and form was very off today on the run because of my leg. After getting back from my run, I used the muscle roller and foam roller to stretch out the muscle. I looked through Dr. Binder and couldn't seem to find an injury that had my symptoms and so when I explained how my leg felt to an upperclassmen, they said they thought it was my IT band. I Googled stretches for an IT Band injury and did a few of those. I'm icing it tonight.
