Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Hot all day and I probably didn't hydrate enough

Comments:
Took first 2 miles quick (15:31), then slowed way down for the final stretch. Last 2 miles were more like 9-minute miles -- I didn't want to hurt myself because my legs are feeling good right now, but I ran at the upper limit of mileage last week since I should only go in 10% increases.
