Comments:
felt alright today, still very sore. Felt pretty slow starting out, but the interval miles were not quite as bad as I had expected. the workout was 4x200,2x400 (both at R with jbr) then 1x800, 2x1600, 2x800 (at I) and then 2x400. There were some 200s at the end but I had to go so i did not do them. Hit 5:28 and then 5:15 for the miles
