M-Pace workout at Baylands

Weather: hot and windy

Comments:
.5M warm-up. Plan was 13.1M starting at 6min/mile and cutting it down to 5:50. Stayed on pace for about 5 miles and then lost it and dropped out at 8.5M at 51:00 (about 30 sec slow). Took a 4 min break and did one more mile at 6:15 and called it quits. Just did not feel good most of the time, side cramp after 4M. Not happy with results.
