Comments:
Went to Brookville High with Zach after class. Did an 800m warm-up then some dumb PE class came out so a bunch of kids were walking on all the lanes.
6x400m w/ :90 Rest
First two we did on the pavement around the outside of the track because of said kids, they left soon after (real intense PE class) so we were able to do the last 4 on the track.
Cooled down with 800m, sprinting the straightaways, then a slow 400
Felt great getting back on a quarter-mile track!
Last note: My thanks to whoever was the one teacher who actually made her PE class do sprints, lunges, and burpees. You are saving America.
