Weather: cold 50s rainy.

Comments:
ran with abby during warmup and cooldown, and a little behind her for my threshold. it was a good day. during the warmup, my shins felt a bit tight but i stretched them out before doing the workout. it was a good workout, but the wind was no help.. on the way there it was blowing against us. but yeah, my legs felt really good and my breathing was really controlled. overall, good day! was a little too fast on my second mile.

goal: 8:22, splits: 8:23, 8:14.

extra: myrtle, heel toe, calf rehab.
