Comments:
All of us were pretty sore from yesterday so we took it kind of slow up Remington. Weather was perfect. Contemplated running in the YMCA's 5k in a few weeks but decided Sectionals would be a better use of our time. Tried running as fast as we could by the speedometer on the side of the road... we got up to 14mph, no big deal.
