Today I did a cruise-interval workout on the Olyptical Machine inside today as my leg was causing me a lot of pain throughout the day. I find that if I stop moving, it doesn't hurt, but when I start to move it does, as well as the more I use it, the more it hurts. I had to run at a quick pace for 12 minutes, and slow down again for 5 minutes. I felt pretty good doing this workout, but my leg still hurt at times and I had bad form because of it again. I ran for a total time of 1:01:00. Tonight, I plan to roll the muscle again, stretch it, and ice it.
