Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
a little past the third intersection, to the gardens and back. this calf/shin thing makes no sense! after 300s and a longish run (during which it was terrible), it felt fine. i guess i'll continue to cross train once a week, but maybe running isn't making it any worse (strange how ive been getting minor injuries that are like that, i.e. the ankle last spring)
