Comments:
Felt terrible. First mile was normally slow and tight but instead of warming up I felt worse as I went. Quads were sore on hills. Just generally weak and tight. Before the run felt great, no soreness but def not recovered from marathon. Had to stop mile 4 or shit my pants. No energy.
