ran the tri-meet! i didnt drink water.. that wasnt a good idea.. so i wasnt feeling well throughout the race. i tried to keep up with chloe and managed to! i also was able to get a good start so i was really happy about that (: i think if i drank water and was hydrated throughout the day i could have done better.
