Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Longest I have run since I started back and the fasted… let’s just do a little happy dance for that. My hip hurt till about 1.5mi then it tapered off some. By 2.5mi it was just stiffness. Felt pretty good though. Set some goals for the next year, lot's to accomplish.
