Comments:
At then end of the hard week that saw mostly an increase in distance I was looking forward to timing my self in the 5k at the end of this hard week. I was quit surprised of my time. I did not feel as if I was running that fast and everything seemed to be an effort. None the less I recorded a new personal best and appear to be in decent shape for the upcoming 5k, I have a day of rest tomarrow and then one more hard week of training before I begin to tapper for the race on nov.3rd
