I believe I may have found the root of my foot pain--my shoes! I wore some old trainers from winter track to school and didn't feel any pain all day, but when I put on my current running shoes, it came back instantly! So in my shoes from December, I went for a steady run with Boardman, Klein and the Coliazzi brothers down Wisconsin Avenue. Georegetown Prep tomorrow!
