Comments:
Legs just didn't have it in them today, couldn't really get going. Felt fast for like 100 or so then died. Oh well, gotta put these kind of days behind you and keep grinding. Did 4 of those half moon intervals, no uphill though just followed the fence. Then a long recovery interval in between each one. Half mile cool down. Oh and a 50 second run, hit the 300 at about 47 or something. Ran like 41, 46 and then got slower for the intervals, they were .17.
