Comments:
Today was the first day back training. Time to get ready for the sub 4:10 come the end of january/february. Steve and I met shalane flanagan at the corner of water and main. Except there was a bunch of hobby joggers there so it wasnt really that cool. I did 4 miles and then hit some strides and drills. Im really trying to get this shit done this year.
