Race day. Ate oatmeal in the morning, got about 8 hours of sleep. Felt extremely bad during my race, i got a bad stomach cramp after the first mile and fell off badly. honestly ive never had so much pain in a race before. I wanted to drop out but i knew it would of only made me feel 10x worse if i had
