Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I've decided I don't care much for cincinnati. no offense to those who like it and/or live there, but it doesn't like me much. reasons as stated below:
-hills...
-lack of sidewalks/space on the side of the road
-angry dog barked at me out of a car as it passed and scared me to death
-NO STREET SIGNS!!! missed my turn around and ran a mile longer than I meant to. grrrrrr...
-OMG SO MANY HILLS
-all the hills are at least a mile long before reversing curvature, WTF?!
paces were slower than I intended because I found out today and it's REALLY HARD to run fast when you've been going up the same hill for over ten minutes. I guess this ended up being effort based but if so I put a LOT of effort in, I'm dead now. so this was my progression long run. check. ok, going back to bed now.
