i personally thought the hill workout was TERRIBLE. i wasnt feeling well that day, and i was having really bad cramps. kirsten was complaining about her hip and i was complaining about my cramps hahaha.
once when i went to sleep for about an hour. then i had to go to a soccer game. which sucked. was not a good workout for me.
