didn't run the race today. woke up tired. got to the race and I wasn't feeling great. just didn't have very much energy.i haven't really gotten sufficient sleep this week so that might explain why im feeling like this. the workout went decent. it was pretty difficult though. felt like i was racing. the thing that worried me the most was my breathing. i was breathing really hard and loud and that's been happening to me a lot lately.don't really know why. the course made the workout much harder. those little inclines really sucked because we went through them a few times. didn't have any pains. u was on most of the time besides the,3rd 800 of the 2 mile workout. kind of cold out but great for running.
