Slowest Course Ever.

Felt really good during the warm up. Felt like I ran a really good race. For dinner I had noodles & marinara sauce. And for breakfast I had a peanut butter banana sandwich. I couldve hydrated better. Didnt affect me as much because it wasn't like 80 degrees out I guess. Ran a really good race. I feel like if it had been a flatter course like Washington Park I would've had a PR race. I felt like I had a good first mile and was running with some guys. And then I broke away a little and then pretty much the whole second mile worked my way up to Anthony. I don't know if he started dying or I was just running well. All the third mile I just worked to put space in between Nico/Anthony & cut down the amount of space between me and Daryl. I felt like I had a really good third mile but that was apparently my slowest mile which sorta blew my mind. My time was around:
5:44,11:54,18:07. Hopefully I PR @ the sectional time trail. My foot is feeling fine now. I barely felt it after my race. My calves started to bother me a little after the 2nd mile but didnt really hurt enough for me to care till after the race. Overall happy with my performance even though the time doesn't really reflect the race.
