Comments:
Myself, CKells, and David, ran 8 x 1000 at the park at the end of MLK. we also did two hard strides both before and after.
The first we ran too long of a loop, but the effort I believe was still under 3 although it clocked in at 3:18.
The rest were: 2:55, 2:56, 2:55, 2:57, 2:55, 2:56, 2:59. I was about a second to three seconds of Chris on each, but I was also closer to him than I have been in this workout in the past. Not a bad day, getting quick, and it was quite difficult. Warm-up to the park and cool-down back.
Day 1 lifting, stretch, roll, bear x 20, hips, push-ups, leg hang, ice bath.
