Warm-up to MLK and then 3-2-2 split tempo with Chris and David. Phil and Tim joined for the three and first 2.
Felt really great today. The wind slowed us on the third mile, and then 2 mile intervals felt tough but still smooth. 3 x 45 sec. pick-ups
