Comments:
We finished where we should have, but did not gain any ground. Gotta look to Rochester for that. However, the 3-5, and everyone on the team for that matter ran great. Me, Chris, David; if we are front runners for this team, we cannot be totaling near 100 points between all of us. We need to move up, and will, as our legs start to turnover and get quicker.
Personally, I was relieved I was able to perform ok after feeling bad being sick Wednesday, but unhappy I let Chris extend a gap that stayed the same after about a mile and a half. Need to be with him.
