Today I went for a 20 minute, easy run. My leg felt pretty okay the first mile, but after that it began to hurt/cramp up again. I iced the leg the night before and stretched it. I don't think I'll be able to race even the time trial tomorrow. I also had 8 hours of sleep the night before
