Comments:
6x800, 4x200 in 2:21, 2:21, 2:20, 2:23, 2:22, 2:20, 30, 30, 29, 29. 90 seconds rest in between all repeats except for after the 3rd 800 when I took 3:00 rest to change into my spikes. First few 8s were tough but the extra rest after the 3rd one really rejuvenated me and the remaining three felt okay. The 200s felt easy but I couldn't really go much faster. Calves were pretty sore during the workout. I think they're still hurting a little from the half marathon
