Today I ran for 30 minutes on the Olyptical Machine after doing a 10 minute, 2 lap of Hilton Park, warm-up. As my leg is feeling a lot better than it was at the beginning of last week, I feel like I should be good by the Saturday at the latest. I got 8 hours of sleep last night and has pizza for dinner. I will ice my leg tonight.
