Weather: rainy, humid. nice running weather. 60s.
Comments:
ran warmup, workout, and cooldown alone. cooldown a bit behind becca yoyo and sara. today was good. shins felt a bit tight on the warmup but the workout was good. i went a bit fast but was consistent :) all out felt WHOA. tiring but it was good. i went pretty far in that one minute :) lol. yay. anyway, good good workout today. breathing was okay, not the greatest. also, left IT band is a bit sore. i rolled it out though.
goal: 8:20, splits: 8:15, 8:13.
extra: back, lunge.
