Pretty good day overall. I got back to my old thinking of keeping it all positive and believing in mentality. Really I just found out that its all about shutting the brain off rather than thinking too much. I got out a bit slow but everyone got out slowly because i think people were just intimidated to go with Ryan manahan. Felt smooth but Dana passed me half way through. Hoping to still have a better break out race but it was overall a pretty good race and I got my best speed rating.
