Comments:
Pretty good run, much better than yesterday's but still very tired and sore from the meet and travel and everything else. I like how these guys do everything with a purpose. They stretch and do drills before and after they run, they always have a little snack and water for right after the run. I think I need to really start concentrating again on the little things. Very good visit
