Comments:
Felt extremely sore today, my calves felt tighter than they have been in a long time and I didn't have much energy either. also I was going to wear spikes but the were wet and the spikes were too long and I didn't have extras.I think the trip wore me out a bit. The miles were not good, I hit 5:16 and then 5:35 as I had an asthma attack even after using my inhaler. I just felt rreally bad but then on the 800s I bounced back and told myself that I could get right back on pace. They felt bad but I hit the times for those. All the 800s were 2:28, the 400s were average of 1:05 and the 200s averaged 32. The workout was the same as last week. Again, felt bad but the bouncing back was more important than bit not hitting the mile times on this one, so I'm fine with it. Long weekend and I have a lot of work to catch up on but I'm ready to get things done.
