Comments:
Met the gang at WB for steady state run. Our group goal was 6 miles at 6:40 although the range was 6:40-6:50. I ran with the guys for all but the last 800 where they really took it in. I wanted something for Thursday. I averaged 6:37/mile and ran 39:40ish for the whole deal. Slowest mile was a 6:48ish on the second mile.
