Comments:
Started off at 5:45 pace for the first mile, then then settled in to low-5:30s until the 6-mile mark. Split 22:24 at the 4-mile mark (5:36 average) and 33:30 at the 6-mile mark (5:35 average). Dropped down to 5:21 pace for the last couple miles. Felt great the first four miles, but the last four miles were pretty tough because I had to fight the wind. Great workout overall.
