Weather: Good Fall Weather

Comments:
First five miles were run with my good friend Mr. Aaron James. Did not go too fast but felt good. Following a brief departure he caught up to me on the trail and I went fifteen further on the trail. Not mentally drained but the legs were pretty tired. Good run, the culmination of my training regiment. Time to get Thursday and Friday out of the way and then taper, taper, taper!!
