The boys last workout before PATRIOTS

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Practice at the varsity house today at 4:30 and the boys had some tempo mile repeats on the track. They started their warmup and went with them but once they turned around at the pizza shop I kept going along constitution and then got back to the varsity house and did the mile road loop and then jogged to the track and finished with 2 laps on the track to make it 7 for the day. I had just finished my entire run when the guys were about to start their first repeat. Everyone looked solid today. Can't wait to watch them tear colgate up #COLGATE2012 is just a few days away now. Its crazy we have been saying that since spring break last year. Its also crazy how it seems like it was just yesterday when were doing mountain mondays and saying colgate 2012. and in the words of coach etters "If we lose to bucknell then we fucking suck"
