Threshold workout

Weather: Really nice weather

Comments:
Had a 1.5 mile warm up. My running partner person for the workout was Yoni. We had a great workout. Our first mile went exactly on pace at 6:20 and our half mile splits for our first mile was 3:10 & 3:10. The first mile seemed really easy.

For our second mile we went 6:18. Our first half mile split was under @ 3:07- 3:08 so we really stayed on pace. The all out 80 seconds was really good also. Yoni and I were dead even and were going at a very fast speed. I eventually broke him and then created some distanc probably finishing around 7-10 ft. In front of him. Felt like I was able to run the second mile without working too hard. Might've been too easy of a pace or maybe I am just good @ thresholds.

Calves loosened during the warm up.
Last cool down mile looks really fast but it was only because of the fast 80 seconds.
