ran alone today, just needed to clear my mind. felt okay. not the best. legs felt really tired and breathing was kinda off. not an awesome day but it coulda been worse. i don't like the heat.. anyway, i went pretty fast today but i have nice splits :) lol. tired as hell right now.

splits: 9:25, 9:17, 9:25.

cadence: 90, 89.

extra: myrtle, heel toe, calf rehab/roller.
