Stretching the legs: Rail Trail edition

Comments:
All the guys are taking it real easy from here until saturday to make sure their legs are feeling fresh. Coach assigned me 7 miles for the day but I felt like going a little longer. So to keep it easy on the legs we all took off for a run on the rail trail. Jim and Lyle slowed down by a lot to make sure their legs are good to go. And Simon, Sam, Russ, Molloy, and Ty came with us. I felt bad because Simon and I arent racing and we were leading this run so I tried to make sure we didnt increase the pace to anything too strenuous so the guys can keep their legs realllllllllll fresh. Overall good run. Simon and I pounded the last half mile or so. Time is just an estimate going off of what knouse said when he got back
