Today I ran a threshold workout. I ran two miles in 13:28, with a :80 second all out at the end. My first miles time was 6:40, my second was 6:48. My goal pace was 6:44. My leg felt pretty good today, and only hurt nearing the end of the first mile and during the :80 second all-out. I had 8 hours of sleep last night, and iced my leg too. I also ate pasta for dinner the night before.
