Comments:
Workout of the path 2 mile threshold then 80 seconds hard. My pace was 5:59. I hit 6:02, then 5:54. I dropped out after the 2 mile to puke. Felt horrible and got a huge cramp. No pains besides that. Ran with johnny mark and will up until then
