Weather: nice, a bit cool, still dark
Comments:
feeling pretty good and in shape, wanting to do more. Still focusing on form, still doesn't feel quite right to run the with less hip and knee flexion on R. Really trying though. No R calf pain. Minimal medial knee pain towards end.
