Today was my first day of my hardcore ab regimen...Went pretty well. Did it before practice again....bad idea. Pretty sore for practice. I don't know what was up seths ass today, but we flew on the warm up. We went a lot further than normal in the same time as normal....but still it sucked for 8x200. Felt pretty good, they were all supposed to be 30-32. The times were as follows
